Shipdock Harlingen (Damen ship repair and conversion)
As Project Manager I took care of the preparation, execution and realization of projects concerning shiprepair, conversion and maintenance. An optimal commercial result was of utmost importance
In consultation with internal and external parties I proposed a project- and detail planning and monitored them to check if the agreed planning is followed up. I informed the client about the progress of the project and recorded this for the purpose of planning and budgetary control. During the project deadlines were monitored and quality control was carried out. Typical projects were regular maintenance, repairs and conversions to a diversity of ships such as; cargo ships,  off-shore vessels, cable laying vessels, dredgers, pontoons, ferries, super yachts, etc. Mainly multiple projects were carried out at the same time.
